Great development through the AAE program. Too many egos here to make many of the right decisions for the actual reps. Very high expectations set with little to no help from your channel which they expect to bring half of your business. The pay was good for being straight out of college, and the culture was great for the most part. No longer the exciting startup it was from a reps standpoint.

territory lottery. some reps will crush, some are destined to fail with harsh PIPs
