I have been in seat for about 3 months. Company leadership on the enterprise side is very strong. There are alot of changes but seem to be for the best. It is too early to tell how difficult it will be to hit quota. Management seems to be working toward quota adjustment for growth (prospects only) vs strategic (existing customers)
