Strong product-market fit and an excellent product to sell. However, quotas are set very high, making them difficult to achieve and contributing to high rep turnover and uncertainty. The role generates almost no inbound leads, with the majority of the day focused on prospecting into cold accounts. Success is largely dependent on having a strong territory with existing channels, which are primarily in coastal regions.

This company has given me many opportunities and has turned me into a killer rep. It's a grind for the first year or so but once you get a book of business you can take your foot off the gas just a bit.
