I loved it but also was very difficult to want to come to work everyday as your success can vastly be defined by which area of the country you are covering. The best rep can be in the worst territory and be put on a PIP/fired and vice versa for bad reps in great territories. Saw it happen way too many times and it was discouraging so...Read More
