Experience is direct management dependent but there are some create people at Verkada who can help you grow and a seller. Lots of politics as any organization but the product market fit has allowed for widespread success. Company is beginning to figure out the quota structure and territory equity issues

This companies culture and leadership are awful. They’re completely stuck in the do whatever it takes and say whatever you have to to get the deal across no matter what the customer feels like after sales culture. I feel dirty going to work here everyday. I never should have taken this role.
