If you are looking at Verkada please do yourself a favor and pay close attention to any red flags you see. The turnover is insane, rep attainment is abysmal, and the culture is complete rubbish

Current Employee4.3Jul 15, 2025I have been in seat for about 3 months. Company leadership on the enterprise side is very strong. There are alot of changes but seem to be for the best. It is too early to tell how difficult it will be to hit quota. Management seems to be working toward quota adjustment for growth (prospects only) vs strategic (existing customers)
