If you are looking for your first job out of college, Verkada's AAE program is like boot camp for sales. You can land in an AE role within 6 months. Thats where the good stops unfortunately. Extremely high expectations with little to no inbound support. Tough for a tenured rep to come in and have success. Pretty high churn rate. If you can land in the right territory, on the right team, with the right manager, you can make some decent money. That being said, the stars have to align in order for that to happen. The product is rock solid. Very top notch. Super fun to sell. But they are a mess internally.

Not great, low pay and no commission for the sdrs, also they have high quotas that very few reps hit.

The company is a well oiled machine. They go all-in on training you fast. Well organized. You can make a ton of money depending on your territory. Areas with more population tend to sell a lot more. Territories are not created equally. Other than that, wonderful company all around.
