I just started a few months ago and I really like it here. The onboarding experience is second to none. Verkada has an amazing onboarding and enablement team. The stakes are high here but it also breeds a lot of high performance

Metric heavy as an SDR - spend most of your day cold calling, and have tests every week for a few months. Path to promotion is very understood and easy if you hit metrics - culture is all in office which is good for first job out of college
