It’s been an up and down ride. Some have it better than others. Most of my peers have quit or been fired. New people that come in get nice ramp quotas of 50k while the ‘senior’ veterans of 9 months get 650k. In other words, you better have a great book of business by month 9 or you will sink. If you want a good paycheck, close a $1.5M+ deal so you maximize your accelerators that quarter.

The product is innovative and fun to sell. The market is saturated but at the same time, the main value add is that there isn't a company that can do it all while having a single dashboard to manage it scale.
