Verkada has an amazing product. This job is very metric based and being in the office is a MUST. Culture is very "grind hard and win" type of culture. Flexibility of working in territory is very nice, and depending on your manager so is your day to day in the office. Be prepared to be hounded on the ins and outs of every deal. Low base salary for the quota and expectations of knowledge. Overall if you land a really hot territory you can do well here. Overally 6/10 for me

It all depends on the territory you get here. It’s the most complicated sales job I’ve ever had.

They do a ramp and it’s aggressive quick. If you blow it out in ramp you get decelerated. Not very motivating.
