A cool product to sell. A lot of steps so will take time to learn. Leadership can be tough. All of the leaders play favorites so make sure you standout. The leaders come from the outside so there is not much help they can offer you to progress a deal. This job can be very micromanaged from a metrics stand point. Since leadership is lost they will always look at your metrics instead of helping progress deals.

not great, unnatainable quota, very few hit their number, and the ones that do tend to blow it out of the water. It's an absolute chopshop averaging 30% turnover every quarter. Even if you hit your number you can be let go if you're not on the same page as your manager.
