Former Employee It is one of the worst places I have ever worked. Never had anxiety in my life until working there. Sunday Scaries were REAL working here.
Nepotism in hiring favorites or people they liked and could control. Promotions were hardly ever based on meritocracy. Did not make much money for how hard you worked.
Jocks with 0 brain cells work here and think they are "Beast" salespeople when they used to close $300K deals back when it was a blue ocean for this type of technology.
No respect for women or boundaries at this workplace. I could go on for days about how much I hate this company.
Less than 20% of the Sales Team hits. Recruiters lie to your face about culture and comp targets. They even lied at SKO for comp earnings across the middle market sales team including Managers, Directors, and VP's comp plans to boost their laughable comp average.
I have stock in the company but don't plan on it being worth anything. Have mentioned to everyone in my network to stay away.
Save your mental health and go find a way better place to work.
