Current Employee It is feast or famine. Territory expectations are set based on the most lucrative territories, which cover approximately 15% of all territories. If you are fortunate to be a part of the 15% lucrative territories, long term success is there. However, for the remaining 85%, you'll need a mix of the hardest work you've ever performed, along with luck that grant funding falls into your territory, which is rare. Most can only survive 6 - 9 months in, as the company tracks every action you take and will move you to a PIP for 3 months if you go below 70% twice or accumulation of under 70% over 3 quarters.
