Overall this was a bad experience. Management is quite poor in their experience (little to no experience traditionally) and no good with fixing situations. They have a good product. Customers like it and it really does shine when showing it off to them. Sadly, this is overlooked due to the poor conditions of the office culture (drinking, drugs, firings and attrition, etc). Most people do not hit quota -- think in the 0-10% range for attainment per rep. This causes a lot of negativity and also bad habits amongst the reps. Management is a big area of improvement. Many teams are without a manager and are off to fend for themselves. This is leaves folks to not be educated or supported in their deals and learnings for the company. I overall enjoy the product but everywhere you look there is fires. I do not recommend Verkada at all.

At the beginning, it was exception. Verkada has structured itself to be an organization primarily for greener sales talent who are looking to get their first at-bat in a quota carrying role. If you're a seasoned vet, it's not an easy place to see immediate results unless your territory is ripe or you get lucky.
