Fun team mates, OK management. A lot of additional responsibility to build out the market beyond hitting your quotas (e.g. buliding channel partner relationships) which can limit time spent on professional development. Strict full time in-office culture but good future outlook for the company which is really gaining momentum now.

Verkada's product market fit is top class and customers continuously buy more/expand after getting started. It is a demanding job but the sky is the limit for those willing to stick with it
