Great culture, great leaders, great development. Quotas are a little too high, especially for the corp business at its current state, churn is high. If you get a good territory and do your job you’ll do great. If you get a bad territory you will likely be leaving in a year.

The product is great and is changing an industry. Leadership and sales opps is poorly executed. Typical investor first culture, everyone else is an afterthought.

poor long term vision, churn and burn culture. Underpayed compared to industry, leaders show no loyalty to reps. Luck of the draw in terms of territory. Seems like 50% or less of reps make it past the year mark.
