The main issue seems to be very inexperienced leadership and rep turnover. Former Employee3.3Oct 25, 2024Great experience start-up experience. High pressure, high intensity, and high expectations. Majority of the large deals are SLED. Young environment and leaders, who are still building the plane while it is flying. Wolf of wall street culture if you can stay focused you learn a lot and hopefully make some money along the way. Or you will be replaced before you know it.
