My overall experience was slightly negative. Product and market fit are reasonable and the company does pay out on big deals. The main issue seems to be very inexperienced leadership and rep turnover. Many managers/directors never had a leadership (or even sales) role before Verkada and lead by listening to the echo chamber. Reps will work a deal for months only to leave or be let go. Then their backfill comes in and inherits a win without any work. Recruiters are aggressive and misrepresent the actual earnings opportunities. Promises were made and not delivered.
