Former Employee Great product market fit, Verkada is truly the best enterprise security solution on the market. The hardware is built well, the software is in incredible and the customers love it.
However, close rates and quota attainment are low, the product is very expensive and technical. They recently moved all mid-market reps from salary to hourly and the job is 100% in office. Reps aren't making the money they need to nor do they have the work life balance they would like as they are in office 5 days a week with a long commute depending on which office you're in.
