As much as I love the company, the job, and the role, it is unfortunate that this company assigned an incompetent "lead" to train me and force me to read his script. The problem is that this causes incongruency and this lead to me no longer being with the company. Suggestion to the company: Respect people's individuality and allow their own abilities to shine, instead of trying to replicate an exact robotic copy of the "lead" rep.

Company was solid until Private Equity took control and tried to marry 4 incompatible payments and accounts receivable automation companies. Poor leadership, dwindling customer service, and punishing top sales performers by taking away incentives.
