2025 quotas are so unrealistic, it's laughable. Company lacks the infrastructure/processes/staff to successfully implement the amount of business that Sales is expected to close, leading to unhappy clients and cancelled bookings. The ultimate result is a demotivated sales team that feels like they are spinning their wheels, sacrificing their integrity to sell Viventium, and taking a massive pay cut to do so.

Recent changes slashed commission percentages and created a payout structure that makes it harder to earn consistently. This has impacted motivation across the team and made it tougher to earn.
