Current Employee Recent changes slashed commission percentages and created a payout structure that makes it harder to earn consistently. This has impacted motivation across the team and made it tougher to earn. Operational missteps slow deals and create gaps between what’s promised to clients and what’s delivered. Leadership hasn’t moved quickly enough to fix these issues, and morale has suffered.
