Recent changes slashed commission percentages and created a payout structure that makes it harder to earn consistently. This has impacted motivation across the team and made it tougher to earn. New leadership and CEO have given a lot of promises but yet to see follow through. Drastic increase of quotas with no inbound leads to support it. Same story of one industry in one state that we have market presence in getting all the leads.
