Long training cycle at beginning. Obtainable goals, good leadership. CRM admin is watched closely, you’re evaluated based on customer touches. Expectation to be in the field cold calling customers in person. Takes awhile to get to know your customers. Feels like sales are based on luck rather than how much you’re influencing things at times.

My experience here is been just ok. It’s a good springboard to learn B2B sales. They provide a ton of professional development and there is plenty of chance to grow within the org.
