Weave has potential but leadership lacks in evaluating and improving current processes within the business. There is no room for growth so if you work at Weave you have very slim chances of being promoted. It has turned into a starter AE job. 90% of AE's have less than 2 years at Weave due to the high churn of AE's.

Outbound seems to be a churn and burn methodology. Not really a set way of doing things you’ve got to figure it out on your own. Difficult to hit quota consistently. You’re selling to office managers who then have to sell the Dr. on getting weave. Uphill battle with little support from marketing or any upper management. I am an outbound account executive, They assign 200 leads a month that we can work through. It's a great company overall with unlimited PTO. As long as you work and put in the inputs you will be fine working here and achieving quota.
