Good company to work for, but they underpay their reps based on the experience that they want. There is very minimal career growth here with many of the top representatives staying in the same position for 4-5 years with no promotion opportunities.

Weave is a solid company to work for as a whole. PMF is top tier, leadership and culture is top tier. Base is very low and there’s no progression plan to increase.

Dental space is getting so saturated with competition. I think they are banking on partnering with medspa EHR software when in reality they should just make Weave Core (non-integrated) it's own EHR system with a phone system integrated but that is way above my paygrade.
