Decent company. Quota attainment is low for the floor and OTE is low if you just hit quota. You have to exceed quota pretty highly to hit accelerators and make good money.

Nobody at the company hits quota. They have the comp structure set up so that the top 5 % get paid well and nobody else has a good payout.
