GTM org is a hot mess that’s rife with quarterly layoffs, inconsistent restructuring and anxious sellers struggling to break into a niche AI market. They closed a couple marquee logos, hired aggressively, and are floundering to secure more revenue. They do have a strong brand amongst students and hobbyists AI teams, but it's super niche and is the definition of nice to have despite all the noise being made on social channels. The lack of strategy is apparent at the GTM level as evident by the multiple cyclings of CROs, Sales Leaders, AEs and SDRs.
