At winebow, you immediately have access to one of the best wine and spirits portfolios in the country. Unfortunately, work life balance for top earners is unfavorable and the high end of compensation feels low compared relative to hours worked. Fire drills are weekly and upper management seems out of touch with current market demands. As a multi year holder of their “sales rep of the year” award, the market is extremely challenging and priorities could be shifted to strengthen the current and future profitability of the company. Incentive structure is the most competent feature they offer in the adult beverage industry. Lastly, there is a favorable amount of independence so long as individuals quotas are met consistently.

Mostly negative. Goals have increased, however, product management has decreased and so even successful PO's are unable to be filled. Management to sales reps has been removed altogether, leaving a lack of guidance and accountability.

really strong culture and opportunity. but you either have a great territory or a terrible one where the top 1% win all the incentives. very little opportunity for others.
