really strong culture and opportunity. but you either have a great territory or a terrible one where the top 1% win all the incentives. very little opportunity for others.

At winebow, you immediately have access to one of the best wine and spirits portfolios in the country. Mostly negative. Goals have increased, however, product management has decreased and so even successful PO's are unable to be filled. Management to sales reps has been removed altogether, leaving a lack of guidance and accountability.
