Former Employee Culture and leadership is a train wreck. Prepare to be a whipping boy. Leaders have imposture syndrome lead by a boys club of individuals that think they are better than they are. Leadership will tell you that you need to be there 6-12 months and wait for people to leave before you get accounts of any value. The acquisition by Google is causing turmoil amongst clients and it is not the best place to be right now. There are way too many middle managers and way to many hands in the kitchen. Avoiding at all costs.
