Amazing technology and PMF. Leaders and sellers are incredibly skilled. The quotas are high, but the growth and industry awareness that Wiz is the market leader is reflected in the quota. Even though it is high, it is achievable. My experience so far has been extremely positive.

Some amazing people here and without question the best tech I have ever sold (and probably will ever sell). Founders and prod/eng teams are second to none. GTM leadership and culture are weak in many instances.

At Wiz, promotions basically don’t exist unless you’re one of leadership’s favorites. Hard work and results don’t matter, you will be overlooked again and again if you’re not in the “in crowd.” Recognition is reserved for the same few people, and it’s obvious who gets prioritized.
