Current Employee I love the direct manager I report to - they are a serious, competitive, accomplished seller who cultivates those same characteristics in me.
I feel that this company is so close to what I want it to be - I am surrounded by smart, capable people all trying to pull in the same direction. I am effectively compensated, but think sometimes it is an uphill struggle.
We have real challenges with leadflow, and had to restructure and reduce our sales staff. Since those changes, I feel I have a much better chance to succeed with my pipeline. When things are going well, this company feels amazing to work for - it's just with marketing and brand awareness being a struggle, there can be lean months and quarters.
I feel sometimes senior leadership is out of touch with this reality in terms of quota attainment and where our goals are set. However, the frontline managers I've interacted with are smart, talented folks who do their best. Since I interact much more heavily with them, I overall feel happy with my experience here, and hope to spend more time at WPVIP.
