Management was cut-throat, dishonest and catered to a few AE's they had tight relationships - great product but very few reps hit quota's, those who did jumped on territories that had turned-over to pad their numbers - PeopleSoft had a far greater culture and care for employees

I really enjoy working here and the entire leadership team is great. I do wish there was more representation of minorities in leadership positions.
