Leadership is very out of touch with what is happening in the ground level. After lay offs the culture went downhill very fast.

Good company who treats employees well. Has become a machine and feels that way. Can have a nice career with solid earnings. Market has been mature and a bit saturated. Innovation and/or acquired capabilities will be key to growth.

New leadership making lots of changes, focused on AI and new pricing models to respond to customer needs. Improvements to stagnant AE comp plans remain to be seen.
