Workday has a great culture and is a great company but is going through an awkward transition from a Medium sized company to a Software powerhouse. There are a lot of changes happening and quotas are very high.

Enterprise Net New Roles were selling to all the laggards. They need to allow net new reps to keep their clients. Second, they have some RSDs that were ineffective, sexist micromanagers.
