My time at Workiva was positive. The core culture under the previous founder/CEO, Marty was it's biggest asset (the product was amazing too). Management was transparent and genuinely wanted to see you grow both personally and professionally. I always felt empowered by the cross collaboration of the teams. The company remained professional even through the hardest of sales cycles. I would recommend Workiva to anyone looking for great culture, nice pay/incentives and environment where you will constantly grow.

Great company to work for, very fun culture, some reps/territories going through a bit of a rough patch with the economy, but as soon as the IPO market picks back up we’ll be hitting $1B in revenue quick. The only constant is change here, but I’ve enjoyed that.
