Former Employee My overall experience started off extremely positive then quickly turned sour in light of economy headwinds. The product is the same thing that is simply packaged differently and then resold to current customers. Management has very little experience outside of this company and is riding the coattails of their early success post 2008. Managers actively lied to me in 1:1s and then would type something out entirely differently in emails to create faux paper trails to dismiss people based on performance. They show their real colors when suddenly things get a bit more challenging.
