The company is great, leadership is aligned on future of company. Options have now become available to employees and the flow of inbound leads is always strong. Compensation split between Salary and OTE could be stronger on the potential earnings side.

The base started higher than most, but little room for raises. Goals continue to increase, difficult to get full commission now. Rarely see people getting promoted. Very chill culture. Great leadership otherwise.

The product I sold specifically was ShareGate, which is a very well established and liked brand in the IT space. It has great PMF and has been around forever, so most people love it.
