Sales management is incompetent and at times unethical on the SMB side. My manager was only focused on metrics and not interested in coaching on deals. The products are good but it’s a shame that there are very few quality salespeople in this organization.

Former Employee2.3Aug 21, 2025Bad. Started out great, but they pulled the rug out on all of the reps and dissolved most of the products and laid everyone off. Culture became terrible towards the end. Leadership is absolutely awful. Run for the hills.
