Good old boys and girl club. Promotion and hiring into management is not based on merit or performance. Little internal promotion. Management turn is high due to underperformance which restarts the process annually, loses momentum, unnecessary change, regressive. Never seeks to understand, seeks to change. OTE Compensation is unattainable. Can only hit with accelerators and bonuses. Change commission plans mid-year. Commission plan is too complex. Objectives vary and are undefined, or switch, and never viewed the same across organization. Hire and switch communicated responsibilities. Poor training. Product releases never launch on time falling behind market. List goes on.
