Good company, but be careful with which department you pick. I spent 7 years in the IP side of the business and enjoyed it, but then the remaining on US Direct. IP would recommend, US Direct, I would not recommend.

Good old boys and girl club. Promotion and hiring into management is not based on merit or performance. Little internal promotion. Management turn is high due to underperformance which restarts the process annually, loses momentum, unnecessary change, regressive. Never seeks to understand, seeks to change.
