There were lots of changes in leadership, lay-offs multiple times per year (rebranded as RIFs), and changes in direction made it challenging to gain momentum and have confidence. Lots of attrition. However, most of the people were kind and had good intentions. Oftentimes, there weren’t enough hours in the day to feel like you accomplished anything meaningful or get ahead.

Overall experience is good, the job can be stressful and once you're locked in as an employee, you can't really expect any salary adjustments year over year.

It's a great company with a solid product and benefits. Bit hectic sometimes with leadership and org changes
