Fully remote, higly rated product and good chance to hit your quota. Base salary is lower than market average. All leads are inbound, no outbound needed. Promotions are based of favoritism and not performance/talent. Almost no raises. Some leaders are not well suited for their jobs

There were lots of changes in leadership, lay-offs multiple times per year (rebranded as RIFs), and changes in direction made it challenging to gain momentum and have confidence. Lots of attrition.
