Xero is a great place to work. The product in Au is the market leader, market awareness is strong and they are investing well into the product. Culturally it is great, it isn’t a full on hustle sales role. It is well balanced between new business and account management / upsell. Commission is a combination of organic revenue and new business so it can sometimes fall out of your control. Salary is below market.
