Current Employee Great company to work for with good culture and leadership, although sales goals at entry level positions are very high for what’s possible. I don’t know one person at my level/role who got even close to hitting goal. Would guess 80% or more weren’t over half of goal. Corporate does seem to be making changes and seems to realize they over hired for the opportunities available. From what I hear also our base salary isn’t up to competitors as well. Role is very flexible with work from home balance and most middle managers in the company are great leaders.
