Yardi's product is essential for large property managers; for smaller players, its a nice-to-have. Overall, Yardi is slowly innovating with AI. We are listening to our customers to deliver the type of solutions they are looking for.

Great culture. Company that cares about giving back to the community. Has over 50% of market penetration for the core ERP solution. Not a sales focused organization, certainly no structure is not comparative with others in the industry. Limited growth potential unless your with the company long term.
