Leader in the space with old leadership mentality. Very slow to change and products have unresolved issues when they go to market. Compensation structure is below industry standard and so is base pay.

Experience was great as I climbed the ladder at the company however as I grew the comp structure was limited.

It is good for now, but there is sometimes where you are pushed to do other things besides selling, which takes time away from selling. Sometimes you have to fight internally to get deals approved even if it is over little amounts.

Great culture great people, benefits were also pretty good. Base and commission were definitely on the lower end.
