New CEO should hopefully change things in favor of sales teams but old Executive leadership is still in place. Market is becoming more competitive for our product.

Overall Yardi is a wonderful company. However, they do underpay their employees a little, and it is really important to get on the right team. The real earners are the reps working with current Voyager Clients. Yardi also could help their sales reps by investing in their tech stack.
