Current Employee Insane amount of micromanaging. There were times I was about to close then the manager comes on and screams in ear to argue with decision makers, thus losing me deals. A lot of unethical selling - selling to people who are in very rural cities with a population of <10,000 who you know Yelp will not work for. Also being forced to sell to elderly with dementia who they don’t even understand what Yelp really is. Base pay is horrible. Terrible commission structure. Benefits really good.
